Nursing Unit Manager Position

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role in a dynamic healthcare environment.

  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nursing Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and contribute to the provision of high-quality patient care.

As a Nursing Unit Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic leadership and direction to the nursing team to ensure delivery of excellent patient outcomes;
  • Mentoring and developing staff to achieve their full potential;
  • Fostering a culture of quality improvement and innovation;
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
About the Role

The successful candidate will have:

  • A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA);
  • Proven clinical management and leadership experience in a tertiary or district healthcare facility;
  • Holds or working towards relevant postgraduate qualification or equivalent work experience;
  • Experience in quality and change management promoting clinical excellence.
