Job Description

As a Team Leader, you will play an integral role in the provision of high-quality care to our residents at all times. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Clinical Care Coordinator and Registered Nurse to supervise and coordinate care to the residents across the home while ensuring that each resident's individual needs, wishes, and goals are met within a supportive environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant qualifications: Diploma of Enrolled Nursing (with APRHA Registration to administer medication), Certificate IV in Ageing Support (including HLTHPS007 Administer & Monitor Medicines), or Certificate III in Individual Support with willingness to undertake training to obtain required qualifications
  • High level of commitment, integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness
  • Effective communication skills with ability to listen and communicate at all levels
  • Ability to understand and use information technology and programs and to learn new skills as required
  • Current National police check
  • Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control
