**Electrical Assembler Role**

We're seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler to join our team.

This role involves manufacturing, fitting, assembling, operating, testing, commissioning, fault-finding and repairing electrical equipment according to customer needs and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in electrical work and competency development activities.
  • Fabricate, assemble and dismantle utilities industry components.
  • Solve problems in D.C. circuits.
  • Fix and secure electro-technology equipment.
  • Use drawings, diagrams, schedules, standards, codes and specifications.
  • Solve problems in single and three-phase low-voltage machines.
  • Solve problems in single and three-phase low-voltage electrical apparatus and circuits.
  • Arrange circuits, control and protection for general electrical installations.
  • Solve problems in electromagnetic devices and related circuits.
  • Solve problems in low-voltage A.C. circuits.
  • Terminate cables, cords and accessories for low-voltage circuits.
  • Trouble-shoot and repair faults in low-voltage electrical apparatus and circuits.
  • Develop and connect electrical control circuits.
  • Conduct compliance and functional verification of electrical apparatus and existing circuits.
  • Carry out basic repairs to electrical apparatus.
  • Conduct mechanical tests on electrical machines and components.

Australia Trade Recognition - Electrical fitter 2-3 years of electrical assembly experience, including panel building and wiring, in an industrial setting.
