Infrastructure Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand with a proven track record in civil construction to oversee the day-to-day operations of our infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety and quality standards, as well as providing leadership to site personnel. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high-profile projects.

About You
  • You have strong experience as a Leading Hand or senior tradesperson in civil construction
  • You possess a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills
  • You are able to lead and motivate a team to achieve high-quality outcomes
Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversight of day-to-day operations on site
  2. Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
  3. Leadership and guidance of site personnel
  4. Collaboration with project managers to achieve project goals

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Leading Hand or senior tradesperson in civil construction
  • Strong knowledge of concrete structures, earthworks, and general civil construction
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring productivity and high standards
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingsness to travel and work in regional areas if required (DIDO)
  • White Card and relevant industry certifications
  • Valid driver's license and own reliable transport
