Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualities:

  • A strong passion for supporting people with disabilities and mental health needs
  • Inclusive and respectful of diversity and individuality
  • Empathetic and able to build trust and relationships
  • Flexible and committed to working across a 24/7 roster
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with accurate record-keeping skills
  • Qualified with CPR and First Aid Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Driver's License and insured vehicle for community engagement
