As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting older individuals to maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities- Provide social support to clients, promoting emotional well-being and fostering meaningful relationships.
- Assist with domestic tasks, ensuring clients' living spaces remain clean and safe.
- Offer personal care assistance, respecting clients' autonomy and dignity at all times.
- Experience the satisfaction of making a tangible impact on people's lives.
- Enjoy flexible working arrangements, allowing you to balance work and personal responsibilities.
- Join a passionate and dedicated team, committed to delivering exceptional care and support.
- Hold a current Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
- Possess current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- Have undergone a recent NDIS check.
- Be entitled to work in Australia.
- While experience in aged, disability care, or domestic assistance is desirable, it is not mandatory.
