We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Supervisor to oversee and supervise daily store operations, ensuring outstanding service. You will work closely with the management team in leading the team and managing operations to achieve success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be a safety leader, providing the safest work environment for yourself, team members and customers.
  • Set a positive example at all times.
  • Often have opening and closing responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience or be ready for that next step.
  • Demonstrate previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale and/or workshop operations experience.
  • Ideally have mechanical/automotive parts knowledge.
  • Have a flexible availability and hold a valid driver's license.
  • Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature).
  • Prioritise safety.

Additional Information:

This role will require lifting, bending, climbing and safe driving. We are open to receiving applications from people without industry experience.
