Job Overview

This leadership role will oversee and supervise daily store operations to ensure excellent customer service. The successful candidate will provide guidance, support, and expertise to their team members, helping them grow and develop in their roles.

The Assistant Store Manager will work closely with the Store Managers to lead the team and manage operations effectively. They will be responsible for coaching and developing team members, ensuring a safe working environment, and demonstrating the company's values and expected behaviors.

  • The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience or be ready for that next step. They should demonstrate previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience.
  • A valid driver's license is required, as well as flexibility in working hours. Availability to work a Sunday to Thursday roster is essential.
