The Director, Allied Health & Integrated Care plays a pivotal role in providing strategic, professional and operational leadership for allied health and community-based care services. This involves planning, delivery and governance of multidisciplinary programs supporting care coordination, complex assessments, and non-admitted patient management across the care continuum.
Key responsibilities include driving innovation in virtual and integrated care models, advancing allied health workforce reform, and ensuring safe, high-quality, evidence-based practice. The Director partners with internal and external stakeholders to support service integration, digital enablement, and system sustainability, while contributing to organisational-wide reform, performance improvement and strategic development.
