Job Description

This role requires a highly visible and collaborative leader who can promote a culture of belonging and high expectations within the school community. As an Assistant Principal, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring teachers, leading co-teaching practices, and coordinating whole-school events. Your expertise in educational leadership, curriculum design, and staff development will be invaluable in driving student success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor teachers to improve teaching and learning practices
  • Lead collaborative co-teaching practices and develop innovative programs

  • Develop and implement inclusive teaching and learning strategies
Requirements
  • Successful teaching experience with capacity to initiate improvement in teaching, learning, and classroom practice
  • Educational leadership skills to build the capacity and manage the performance of individuals and teams
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to engage students, staff, and parents
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package valued at $145,499.00 per annum, consisting of a base salary of $130,094.00, plus leave loading and employer's contribution to superannuation.
