Our program is designed to build your technical expertise, leadership skills, and industry experience through hands-on learning and structured development. You will embark on a 24-month journey where you will collaborate with and learn from some of the best minds in mining and beyond. You will have the opportunity to work on real-world challenges, contributing fresh ideas and making an impact, with your ideas presented to senior leaders.

As a graduate with us, you will be paired with a buddy to help you navigate your new role. Industry leaders will guide and support your career growth, and we ensure our graduates are well connected with each other. Many of our graduates have made lifelong friends on the program as well as building a strong professional network.

You will gain industry exposure by collaborating with and learning from some of the best minds in mining and beyond. This includes working on cross-disciplinary projects, participating in innovation & improvement initiatives, attending exclusive technical forums, and having the opportunity to present your ideas to senior leaders.

To be eligible for our program you must have recently graduated within the last two years or be eligible for graduation by the end of 2026. Your degree could be from one of the following (but not limited) to:

• Engineering: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Civil, Geotechnical, Metallurgy, Minerals Processing, Chemical, Construction, Mining, Environmental, Instrumentation Control and Automation.
• Science: Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental and Earth Sciences, Physics, Chemistry, Spatial Science (surveying) and Geographical Information Systems.
• Health Science: Safety, Occupational Hygiene, Health, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Paramedical Science and Nursing.
• Technology: Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Statistics, Software Engineering and Mathematics.
• Business: Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics Management and Commerce.

To be successful in our program you will have a strong academic background, with the ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills. You will be adaptable and flexible with a hunger to learn and embrace change. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a team.
