Key Responsibilities
  • Drive balance sheet growth while optimizing returns and focusing on key customer outcomes
  • Manage risk of the Insurance Premium Funding, Structured Finance & Vendor Finance products, including incidents, controls, and issues
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and industry code of conduct
  • Identify and deliver initiatives that support customer experience, growth, and returns
  • Maintain an understanding of the asset finance portfolio and provide insights on its contribution to the balance sheet
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of delivery, a can-do attitude, and a keen problem-solving ability. You should be a team player who works well with others and is comfortable communicating with a broad range of stakeholders, including customers and brokers. Relevant work experience in the financial services industry, preferably in asset finance, is essential.
