Lead Educator role at G8 Education Ltd. Great Beginnings Beckenham is seeking an enthusiastic Lead Educator to join our dynamic Early Childhood team. If you're passionate about crafting an extraordinary learning environment for little ones, we'd love to meet you.

About Us

Our cutting-edge childcare and Kindergarten centre is positioned to serve families in Beckenham, East Cannington, Cannington, Queens Park, Kenwick, and Langford. We offer custom-designed daycare and Kindergarten services for kids aged 6 weeks to 6 years. We accommodate up to 104 children and operate from 6:30am to 6:30pm.

About You – What You Bring To The Team
  • Diploma Qualified — ACECQA-approved Diploma in Children's Services with confidence in your skills.
  • Framework-Savvy — Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) and the ability to bring them to life in a fun, engaging way.
  • Experience with Young Children — Experience in early learning environments with children aged 0–5; able to create safe, supportive, and playful spaces.
  • Great Communicator — Strong verbal and written communication with families, colleagues, and in documenting learning.
  • Safety Ready — Current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate (including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training).

Your Role
  • Lead the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities, including art, music, movement, and outdoor play.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture that promotes teamwork and respect for diversity.
  • Observe and assess each child's development, and communicate with parents and colleagues about individual needs and achievements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized room, including managing materials and supplies.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times, following all policies and procedures.
