Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Food Innovation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for creating and improving our food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recipe Development: Develop innovative and market-relevant recipes that meet our quality and taste standards.
  • Testing and Refinement: Conduct thorough testing of recipes to ensure they meet our quality and taste standards.
  • Labelling and Compliance: Review new ingredients with our dietitian and procurement team to ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications and Experience: Culinary certification or similar and/or Degree in Food Science / Technology or similar. 3 years+ of experience in culinary development in industry.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong understanding of current food trends and insights, flavour profiles, and culinary techniques. Excellent communication skills and ability to work within cross-functional teams.
