Lead a Growing Home Nursing Service

This is an opportunity to lead a service with significant growth and a thriving new home maternity service, working collaboratively with hospitals and external providers to deliver a first-class service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and foster a culture of continuous improvement where all patient encounters influence a memorable patient experience, underpinned by excellence and safety in care.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report variances and trends in clinical data to continuously improve clinical quality and safety outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to optimise clinical outcomes and enhance the patient experience.
  • Promote the integration of service models with hospitals to deliver seamless care in the community and ambulatory settings.
  • Advocate for evidence-based practice, including research and quality activities to improve patients' care in the home setting.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
  • Tertiary qualification in nursing, management, or a relevant discipline.
  • Recent acute clinical experience in home nursing.
  • A current State driver's license, Working with Children Check, and National Police Clearance.
