Job Title: Tree Root Maintenance Team Leader

Citywide Service Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tree Root Maintenance Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the maintenance and repair of tree roots in urban areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance professionals in the identification, maintenance, and repair of tree roots in urban areas.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the effective management of tree root growth and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to urban services.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential maintenance needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including property owners, residents, and other city departments.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in urban forestry or infrastructure maintenance.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Ability to develop and implement maintenance plans and strategies to ensure effective management of tree root growth and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of urban forestry and infrastructure maintenance principles and practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
