About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced nurse with HR experience who is looking to step up into a Practice Manager position. You will have:

  • Industry experience (preferred but not essential)
  • 3+ years' experience in a management position, leading a team and fostering a positive culture
  • Strong leadership and team building skills, with the ability to provide coaching and guidance to team members
  • HR experience with performance monitoring and management
  • Experience with Rx works (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good business acumen and organisational skills
  • Friendly, respectful, team player attitude
  • Passion for continuous learning
