Seeking a compassionate and experienced personal care worker to provide high-quality support services to clients in their own homes.

Job Description

We are seeking an individual who can provide personalized care and assistance with daily living tasks, including:

  1. Assisting clients with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
  2. Preparing meals and snacks for clients.
  3. Providing companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's quality of life.
  4. Transporting clients to appointments and social activities.
  5. Cleaning and maintaining the client's home environment.
  6. Maintaining accurate records of client care and services provided.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in community care.
  • Dementia care experience preferred.
  • Cert III in Aged Care.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Police check.
  • NDIS screen check.
  • Working with children check.
  • Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
