Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team. As a Personal Support Worker, you will have the rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  2. Preparing meals and snacks.
  3. Providing companionship and emotional support.
  4. Accompanying clients to appointments and social activities.
  5. Cleaning and maintaining the client's home.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  1. A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
  2. A minimum of 1 year experience in community care.
  3. Dementia care experience is highly desirable.
  4. First aid and CPR certification.
  5. A current police check.
  6. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
