Job Title: Gaming Supervisor

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver top-notch customer service to patrons in a gaming environment, ensuring exceptional experiences.
  • Monitor and manage gaming activities, maintaining compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead junior staff, providing necessary training and supervision, while upholding high standards of performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of gaming transactions, reporting any discrepancies or issues promptly.

Key Qualifications:

  • A current RSA, RSG, and VIC Gaming Licence is mandatory.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, public holidays, and weekends.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Capacity to work independently and make informed decisions when required.
