Graduate Restructuring Insolvency Program

About our graduate program in restructuring and insolvency, you will support our team with insolvency administration from initial appointment to finalisation.
Key Responsibilities- Complete books and records searches and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Deal with directors, creditors, regulatory bodies, and suppliers to manage relationships and resolve issues.
- Respond to client phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with drafting reports to creditors and organising creditor meetings to facilitate communication.
- Assist with realising assets of an administration through effective negotiation and problem-solving.
- Assist with employee issues including dividends, FEG payment summaries, and other related matters.
- Assist with investigation into the affairs of the company to identify areas for improvement.
- Respond to creditor, employee, and other stakeholder queries to provide accurate information and resolve concerns.
A degree in accounting and/or business is required, along with good knowledge of Excel, APS Core, IPS, and Microsoft Office 365.
