**Your Essential Skills:*

  • Experience in retail or FMCG, particularly in category management, sales, or supplier management.
  • A proven track record of identifying innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in using technology, data, and analytics to solve intricate issues.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to lead large teams and temporary consulting workforce.
