Overview of Our Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Speech Pathologist to join our team. As a senior professional, you will play a key role in assessing and treating individuals with communication disorders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' communication abilities and identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Treatment Implementation: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in speech pathology to provide high-quality care.

Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Registration: Current SPA registration.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in a previous speech pathologist role.
  • Skills: Proven experience in providing speech pathology services, preferably in a disability or community setting.
