Key Role in International Currency Exchange

We are looking for ambitious and results-driven individuals to fill a part-time Sales Consultant position at our retail foreign exchange stores.

This pivotal role involves delivering exceptional customer service to international travelers, focusing on facilitating foreign currency exchange transactions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, handling enquiries and securing FX deals.

The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively as part of a team, contribute to store operations, and participate in sales activities and marketing projects. They will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of money laundering procedures and adhering to current regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is highly desirable.
  • A driven and solution-oriented individual who is passionate about sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Flexibility to work at multiple locations.
  • Responsibility with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
  • A team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
  • Basic computer knowledge, mainly in Microsoft Office suites.
