Senior Finance Specialist

As a dedicated finance professional, you will play a pivotal role in providing accurate financial information and reports to our management team. This position involves working closely with our APAC Finance Manager and performing daily tasks from our office in Varsity Lakes, Gold Coast.
Key Responsibilities- Handle accounting entries, bookkeeping, and daily accounting operations, including invoicing, bills & expense notes, and miscellaneous accounting entries.
- Process payments to suppliers.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) / Accounts Payable (AP), perform bank reconciliations, and maintain contact with sales teams for growth and support.
- Perform accounts reconciliation activities, follow up on overdue invoices, establish payment schedules, and assist with month-end closing and year-end closing.
- Assist with financial audits and provide ad-hoc research, analysis, and decision-making support.
- Opportunity to work on AP, AR, reconciliation, and gain all-round experience.
- Work with a high degree of autonomy, supported by regional HQ if needed.
- Start from scratch and build new processes with a high degree of freedom.
- Rely on existing processes or challenge them if necessary.
- Work with competent people in a fast-moving environment.

- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong willingness to learn a new accounting system.
- Fluent in English.
- Team spirit and excellent communication skills.
- Driven and autonomous.
