Financial Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a skilled Financial Partnerships Manager to support our business operations. The successful candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders, providing informed insights and financial guidance.

About the Role:

The Financial Partnerships Manager role is responsible for delivering effective financial management and advisory services for our ANZ business. This includes providing timely financial analysis and reporting, supporting senior finance leaders on strategic planning and budgeting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver financial management and advisory support for our ANZ business.
  • Support senior finance leaders on working with internal teams on mid/long-range planning and budgeting.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts at each cycle, including analysis and presentation to leadership.
  • Manage the preparation of month-end reports for consolidation reporting.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, including automation improvements where possible.
  • Support the preparation of monthly reporting, including variance analysis and commentary.
  • Provide local analytics for subscriber reporting, including insights to inform planning decisions.
Requirements:
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, including influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working with financial accounting systems and ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage staff effectively.
