This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced commercial lawyer to join our team in Melbourne CBD. As a key member of our commercially astute legal team, you will provide hands-on advice on a range of commercial issues, work on cutting-edge projects, and support our key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise and negotiate contracts
  • Prepare and advise on transaction documents
  • Work on large projects and construction, including renewable gas projects
  • Assist with regulatory and competition law matters
Requirements

We are looking for a lawyer with front-end experience and training gained in leading law firms or in-house teams, with around 4-8 years of post-qualification experience. You will need to be an Australian-based lawyer with a current practicing certificate and quality experience and academics.
