Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Specialist in Anatomical Pathology to join our team at the Coffs Harbour Health Campus.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a medical professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and making a positive impact in their community.

The successful candidate will provide high quality diagnostic, consultative, procedural and on-call specialty services in Anatomical Pathology, and participate in teaching, research, quality improvement and administrative activities commensurate with the Staff Specialists (State) Award.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high quality diagnostic, consultative, procedural and on-call specialty services in Anatomical Pathology
  • Participate in teaching, research, quality improvement and administrative activities commensurate with the Staff Specialists (State) Award
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Qualifications: Medical Qualification (e.g. MBBS, MD) and Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia (FRCPA)
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Anatomical Pathology
  • Skill: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
