Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Control Systems Engineer to lead various control system projects. This position involves overseeing individual project-related tasks and/or large-scale projects from start to finish, providing engineering support for projects led by others, and taking ownership of assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead individual project-related tasks and/or mid-sized projects in their entirety, ensuring timely completion and staying within budget.
  • Review standard documents generated by others for technical accuracy, grammatical correctness, and aesthetic appeal.
  • Deliver assigned tasks accurately, on schedule, and under budget, fostering a culture of excellence and productivity.
  • Communicate effectively, positively, and proactively with customers and trade partners, building strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Anticipate potential issues that may arise during a project and proactively plan solutions, minimizing risks and maximizing opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant field combined with significant technical experience.
  • Typically 4+ years of total experience, with a proven track record as Lead Control Systems Engineer or equivalent.
