Our organization is seeking an experienced Housing Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for engaging directly with clients and their families, facilitating housing solutions, building strong networks with care providers, and guiding participants through the SDA housing journey.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be reliable and accountable, self-driven, empathetic, and confident in their ability to navigate complex situations. They will also be able to ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and CRM updates.

This role requires travel to homes and stakeholders across Victoria regularly, and a current unrestricted driver's license is necessary. The opportunity may also involve some interstate travel from time to time.

Job Requirements
  • Engage directly with NDIS SDA eligible clients and their families
  • Facilitate housing solutions for clients/SDA Participants
  • Build strong networks with care providers and key stakeholders
  • Guide participants through the SDA housing journey
  • Coordinate seamless home placements from walkthroughs to handovers
  • Collaborate with our Development team on custom-built homes
  • Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and CRM updates
