Aviation Operations Planner

We're seeking an Aviation Operations Planner to support the planning of scheduled maintenance requests from our customers. Your main focus will be to ensure that maintenance is completed in line with procedures and policies, meeting contractual agreements, and aligning planned work with available labor capacity.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the production planning process to ensure seamless maintenance event execution – identify turn times, resource requirements, and stakeholder needs
- Drive continual excellence in safety, compliance, on-time performance, and brand values through successful production planning initiatives
- Liaise and build relationships with key stakeholders from Part 145 and Part 42 organizations
- Relentlessly seek new ways to meet customer needs and support business goals
- Detailed understanding of Aircraft Line and Light Maintenance Operations
- Aircraft trade certificate or tertiary qualification in an aviation stream
- Experience in an aircraft maintenance environment in a maintenance planning capacity, and as an AME (or equivalent)
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving abilities, and capability to assess and interpret options and develop solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate across all levels within a team
- Proven people management skills
- Experience with TRAX and Microsoft Office
