Administrative Professional

This is a part-time, temporary role that plays a key part in our department's operations and will last for 12 months.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with policies and procedures related to record-keeping and information management. They will deliver initiatives to improve our management systems, maintain and organize records efficiently, and manage supplier and subcontractor documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to record-keeping and information management
  • Deliver initiatives to improve management systems
  • Maintain and organize records efficiently
  • Manage supplier and subcontractor documentation
  • Prepare and distribute HSEQ, Cyber Security, WHS and HSE bulletins
  • Assist with quality improvement projects, such as implementing software solutions to help streamline internal processes
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy of records and information

About You:

  • Essential skills and qualities include:
    • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
    • Highly developed administration capabilities coupled with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to engage and influence people
    • Warm, friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Desirable skills and qualifications include:
    • Training conducting audits
    • Training related to ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety and/or ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems
