Overview

Officeworks Trinity Gardens store is hiring. We are seeking passionate casual team members to join us across a number of departments including replenishment, technology and customer service. Our team members are customer service specialists who work together to ensure great customer service is always delivered, provide expert advice to customers across our range of products and services, and act as a proud Officeworks brand ambassador. This role requires flexibility across a range of operating hours on weekdays and weekends. Current availability required: 2 positions flexible between 8am-6pm on weekdays. 4 positions flexible 4pm-9:30pm on weekdays with at least 3 days availability, plus weekend availability.

Responsibilities
  • Be a customer service specialist, delivering great customer service and expert advice across a broad range of products and services.
  • Work with the team to ensure a high standard of service and act as a brand ambassador for Officeworks.
  • Provide support across replenishment, technology and customer service as required, across multiple locations.
