Key Sales Administrator Role

The sales team is seeking a highly skilled administrator to support the sales process, providing vital administrative and marketing assistance.

This role will be based at our Adelaide location, with regular travel to other villages. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales manager to ensure seamless client transitions.

  • Manage databases and communications, including mailouts
  • Support sales displays and optimise property presentations
  • Respond promptly to customer sales enquiries, working with marketing and property teams
  • Assist with contract management and administration
  • Prepare marketing materials, brochures and sales kits
  • Support at expos and events
  • Liaise with incoming and outgoing residents
  • Additional administrative tasks as required

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service or sales experience, with excellent administrative skills and attention to detail. They must also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as impeccable personal presentation.
