About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Architect to join our team at Amazon. As a trusted customer advocate, you will help our Mining customers understand best practices around advanced cloud-based solutions and provide advice on strategies for migrating existing workloads to the cloud and deploying innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud solutions that meet the needs of our Mining customers
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers and account teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver practical solutions that accelerate customer business outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership and knowledge-sharing initiatives
About the Team

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in cloud computing, software development, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures
  • Experience working with end-user or developer communities
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience
