Learning Collaborator

This role entails partnering with leaders and HR colleagues to identify training needs and develop comprehensive learning strategies aligned with organisational objectives.

You will design and deliver engaging learning experiences that address the diverse needs of our workforce, including compliance training, technical skills development, and onboarding.

Creating, curating, and delivering learning content, including training materials, workshops, and e-learning resources, as well as collaborating with external training providers to develop and deliver specialised training content.

Enhance the skills and knowledge of employees to ensure continued success and build a pipeline of future professionals.

About You

Previous experience in learning and instructional design, ability to connect and build strong relationships, influence and promote a learning environment along with excellent communication and time management skills are required.
