Job Title: Digital Platform Coordinator

This role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of our digital platforms. As a Digital Platform Coordinator, you will manage user access, resolve platform issues, and maintain data quality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Set up and configure new projects across platforms in line with operational requirements.
  • Ensure project templates, permissions, and data uploads meet operational needs.
  • Assist with basic API setup and testing, including payload formatting and endpoint configuration.

You will also be responsible for ongoing updates and data entry tasks across platforms, validating information for accuracy and completeness.

Additionally, you will manage platform user accounts and permissions, set up new users, update roles as required, and maintain access logs.

As a Digital Platform Coordinator, you will provide first-line support for platform-related issues, including resolving workflow errors. You will track recurring problems and work with the development team on systemic improvements.

Other key responsibilities include leading digital platform inductions for new starters, developing and delivering structured training plans, and providing on-the-spot guidance to build user confidence and competence.

Qualifications and skills required for this role include experience in managing digital platforms, creating visually clear and accessible training materials, and familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as construction management, IT, or digital engineering.
