Job Title: Digital & Technology Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Digital and Technology Solutions Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about healthcare technology and want to make a difference in patients' lives.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for innovation. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement cutting-edge technologies and solutions that enhance patient care and outcomes.

This role requires a high level of organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to learn new and complex information quickly. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, influence others positively, and collaborate across departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in surgical procedures using advanced medical technologies, ensuring seamless integration and efficient use of equipment.
  • Manage surgical equipment requirements for each case, promoting optimal utilization and minimizing downtime.
  • Digital Platforms: Utilize digital tools to enhance patient-surgeon communication and care decisions, driving better outcomes and improved patient experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with new surgical techniques and provide in-service training on Zimmer Biomet technologies and implant portfolio.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Nursing, Paramedicine, or Sports/Exercise Science.
  • Minimum 4 years of industry experience with a strong background in healthcare technology.
  • Passion for health, human anatomy, and advancing technologies to improve patient care.
  • Curiosity and innovativeness, with a desire to explore new ideas and drive advancements in the field.
  • Technological proficiency and natural ability to handle and understand advanced medical technology.
