Supervising Mentor Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to play a key part in supervising and supporting our Additional Assistants.

The role involves providing hands-on support, offering guidance, and leading sessions to build collaboration, learning and professional growth among the team.

Regular travel to kindergartens across Melbourne LGAs is required for this position.

Your Skills and Experience

You have experience working in various kindergarten settings and are known for your mentoring skills and ability to bring out the best in others.

Key requirements include:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
  • A passion for working with others and seeing them thrive
  • Strong communication and supervisory skills
  • A current Victorian driver's licence to travel to onsite visits
  • Experience in Microsoft Teams and the Office suite
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
