Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional technical support and services to our customers. This involves evaluating potential safety risks, executing service activities in a timely and professional manner, and collaborating across regions to develop solutions for customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions, sales calls, site walks, audits, and roadshows to promote our products and services. They will also analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

This role requires strong technical skills, including fault-finding and diagnostic skills for Rosemount instrumentation technologies. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing demand and delivering value messaging, as well as experience in technical maintenance with process automation instrumentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary engineering or technical qualification
  • Current Restricted Electrical Work License
  • Proven experience in developing demand and delivering value messaging
  • Fault-finding and diagnostic skills for Rosemount instrumentation technologies
  • Experienced in technical maintenance with process automation instrumentation
