Job Description

The purpose of this role is to process, verify, and decide on residential mortgage credit submissions from a network.

This involves determining the suitability of security and appropriate Loan to Valuation ratios, making recommendations on loans outside of delegated limits, and providing high-quality service to assist in achieving targets while maintaining a focus on risk management and compliance with policy.

Responsibilities:
  1. Analyse, verify, and decide on residential loan proposals.
  2. Exercise commercial acumen, ensuring all submissions satisfy policies and legislative guidelines.
  3. Build and maintain value-based relationships with internal and external customers.
  4. Assist in training, coaching, and development of staff.
  5. Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
  6. Process all credit-related applications efficiently.
  7. Prepare files for audits.
  8. Participate in projects as they arise.
Requirements and Qualifications
