Property Maintenance Manager

The Estate Upkeep Supervisors role involves leading and managing the upkeep function across Base Security Areas (BSA). You will oversee in-house teams and external contractors to ensure upkeep and maintenance meet high standards.
This is a permanent full-time position based at key sites across Northern Territory, including Darwin, Larrakeyah, Robertson, and Tindal. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading the upkeep function across designated areas.
- Managing and coordinating teams of in-house staff and external contractors.
- Issuing permits-to-work as required and ensuring compliance with safety and operational regulations.
We are seeking candidates with:
- Proven experience in supervisory roles within estate upkeep or similar environments.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and experience issuing permits-to-work.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management systems and software.
Candidates must be Australian Citizens and able to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance.
