Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate leader to fill the role of Director, Performance & Activation. As a key member of our agency, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients in entertainment, lifestyle, auto, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for managing a team that sets up, optimises and reports on media campaigns bought through various platforms.
  • Support the creation of comprehensive media plans, using your expertise to drive client and campaign objectives.
  • Oversee and help develop performance activation specialists who are early on in their career.
  • Provide strategic guidance on business growth for identified key clients and serve as a primary contact for all platform-related communications.
Requirements:
  • A solid foundational understanding of marketing, communications, and media fundamentals.
  • Strong knowledge of how media buying platforms work, including Google ads, Meta, DV360 & Amazon ads.
  • Able to communicate complex information clearly to clients and internal stakeholders on how media buying platforms operate and why a campaign is set up in a specific way.
  • An inquisitive nature and a thirst for personal development.
  • Excellent process and administrative skills – strong attention to detail and understanding of financial management.
