Our Employment Plus Program
At Employment Plus, our experienced employment teams have been empowering people to find the right job since 1998 as part of the Australian Government's Employment Services network. We've worked with over 200,000 businesses across Australia and seen well over half a million Australians successfully placed in employment.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with participants in the Workforce Australia program to assist them to overcome barriers to employment and successfully transition into the workforce. As an Employment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a high-volume caseload of job seekers
- Actively engaging with 'work ready' job seekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes
- Clearly identifying and addressing barriers preventing job seekers from being job ready
- Providing participants with the tools and confidence to enter the workforce
- Applying strong problem-solving skills and resilience to maximise employment outcomes
About You
We are looking for a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills who is a confident and trustworthy self-starter. You will thrive on the opportunity to achieve meaningful results and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. You will also have:
- Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business KPIs and targets
- Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
