Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fitter Mechanic to join our team in Rockhampton. As a Field Service Mechanic, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our hire equipment and machinery on customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform safe and effective preventative maintenance, service, and overhaul of equipment as required.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build trust with our customers.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical faults across a variety of equipment, including earthmoving, generators, lighting plants, and boom lifts.
  • Ensure stock levels of spare parts are available to undertake any repair on site.

Requirements

  • Relevant trade qualifications.
  • Experience with petrol and diesel motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical skills.
