Key Responsibilities

As a seasoned expert in Salesforce solution architecture, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture for enterprise programs. This includes defining architectural principles, development standards, and DevOps practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Evaluate and recommend emerging Salesforce technologies and features to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Develop phased implementation strategies tailored to client priorities and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Leads, Architects, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to manage scope, timelines, and risks.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in Salesforce solution architecture and enterprise implementations.
  • A strong track record of leading complex Salesforce programs and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and industry-specific solutions.
  • Experience with DevOps, DataOps, and Salesforce testing frameworks.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
  • A passion for solving business challenges through technology innovation.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application Architect or System Architect are highly advantageous.
  • Baseline Clearance is highly advantageous.
