Job Summary
We are seeking skilled meat processing professionals to join our team in various roles, including skinners and boners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing meat for processing, working in a fast-paced environment, and adhering to strict quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare meat for processing by performing specialized tasks, such as skinning and boning.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to strict quality and safety standards, ensuring that all products meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in meat processing or a related field.
- One or more of the following skills: skinning, boning, or other specialized meat processing tasks.
- Q fever vaccination or willingness to undergo vaccination.
- Availability to work from 5 am onwards, Monday to Friday, with some Saturday shifts.
- Great attitude towards work, reliability, and ability to follow instructions.
- Pass a drug and functional capacity assessment.
- Ability to work in a cold environment.
- Driver's license and own transportation.
