We are looking for a talented retail professional who loves retail, a challenge, and making a difference. This role takes accountability to drive and lead growth while providing an inspiring in-store experience for our team, customers, and community members. Key responsibilities include leading, growing, and developing a team of paid employees and volunteers, delivering extraordinary customer service in every interaction, embedding exceptional operational and visual merchandise standards, promoting a safety-first culture in our stores, planning and managing the financial performance of the store, and building and supporting the volunteer workforce and engaging with the local community.

Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in retail management or a similar industry
  • Strong leadership, passion, and ability to deliver outstanding results in a complex retail environment
  • High-energy, hands-on, and capable of providing outstanding customer service
  • Excellent people leadership and management abilities, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills
