Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our data integration and business intelligence initiatives.

This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive complex projects forward.

The successful candidate will have experience in data migration, ETL/ELT technologies, and data warehousing. They will also be well-versed in security protocols and compliance regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement data integration, migration, and BI deliverables.
  • Provide technical guidance to data engineering, data analytics, and BI teams.
  • Maintain data security and privacy protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Investigate data quality issues, identifying ways to improve systems performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data-related business needs.
  • Develop best practice data management standards and guidelines.
  • Identify potential risks and issues, implementing mitigations to resolve them.

Requirements:

  • Experience working within large complex data migrations.
  • Strong expertise in SQL, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT technologies.
  • Proven track record of working on complex projects.
  • Ability to consult directly with customers and offer strategic advice.
  • Agile project management skills are desirable.
