We are seeking a Pool Manager to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a key member of the management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and enjoyable experience of our customers.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced lifeguard or pool manager to take on a leadership role and contribute to our company's success. You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining a safe environment for our customers.

The successful applicant will have a passion for water safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups. A strong understanding of WHS and public safety applications is essential, as is the ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong leadership experience and ability to inspire others
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • An understanding of WHS and public safety applications
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Pools Lifeguard Certificate - Essential
  • Pools Operator Certificate
